Soft, creamy scrambled eggs combined with a selection of Italian-style vegetables and Parmesan cheese
INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
½ onion—finely chopped
¼ red pepper – finaly diced
½ zucchini (courgette)—finely chopped
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

(Serves 4-6)
Ingredients
14oz pasta penne
Salt and pepper
10oz ham, cut into strips
Butter for greasing
3 eggs
¾ pint single cream
6oz grated cheese
2oz grated parmesan cheese

Take a large square of tin foil, spray with a light cooking spray, add some sliced mushrooms, a clove of crushed garlic, freshly milled salt and pepper and wrap up in a parcel. Cook the the parcel on the BBQ for about 15-20 minutes. Serve with French bread lightly toasted on the BBQ.
